Our Mission:

To develop a collaborative organization of Health Center oral health care directors and staff

To improve and enhance access to oral health care for residents of our underserved communities

To ensure the delivery of high quality, comprehensive and episodic oral health care to our patients

To eliminate oral health care disparities in our communities

To promote the enhancement of clinical skills, improve the efficiency of practice management, and foster the integration of dentistry with other clinical disciplines

To support dental leadership and staff with the tools necessary to promote long-term staff retention and continuity of care by providing a safe and enriching practice environment

To provide a forum for peer networking, clinical and administrative problem solving, and innovation sharing through growth of our membership, and use of our listserv/website linkages
